The National Housing Bank was created to tackle one of the biggest barriers to housing delivery – access to the right capital at the right time. Working with Homes England, we defined the Bank’s positioning, proposition and identity, creating a brand that could operate credibly in the finance market while remaining rooted in public purpose. We aligned strategy, messaging and design around a simple idea: purpose-built finance for housing delivery.
