Purpose-built finance for housing delivery
The UK needs more homes. That's hardly a controversial statement. But building them isn't simply a question of planning permission or political ambition. Many schemes stall because the finance needed to unlock them isn't available at the right moment, or isn't flexible enough to deal with the realities of complex regeneration.
That's where the National Housing Bank comes in.
Created as part of Homes England, the National Housing Bank has been established to provide long-term, strategic investment that helps bring forward housing and regeneration projects the market alone struggles to deliver. Through loans, equity and guarantees, it aims to accelerate the delivery of homes while supporting better places across the country.
We're proud to have helped shape the Bank's brand from the ground up.
Over the past year we've worked alongside the team to develop its strategy, positioning, identity and communications – creating a brand that reflects both the confidence of a major financial institution and the optimism of an organisation investing in the UK's future.
For us, the project is another reminder that branding isn't simply about recognition. It's about helping organisations explain why they exist, build trust and communicate with clarity when the stakes are high.
Housing is one of the defining challenges facing the UK. It's been a privilege to play a small part in an organisation created to help unlock more homes, stronger communities and better places.
